강의 수강 중 취소, 환불을 원하는 경우 어떻게 하나요?
온라인강의 환불규정은 아래와 같습니다. ※ 학원의 설립·운영 및 과외교습에 관한 법률 시행령 제 18조 기준1) 수강 시작 전 : 교육비 결제금액 100%2) 수강 시작 후 – 학습기간 시작 후 3일 이내, 강의수강율 0% : 교육비 결제금액 100% – 수강기간 혹은 강의수강율 0~30% : 교육비 결제금액의 2/3에 해당하는 금액 환불 – 수강기간 혹은 강의수강율 31~50% : 교육비 결제금액의 1/2에 해당하는 금액 환불 – 수강기간 혹은 강의수강율 51% 이상 : 환불 불가3) 학습기간 종료 후 : 환불 불가 자세한 환불안내는 아래 링크를 통해서 확인하실 수 있습니다.


교육비 영수증 재발행은 어떻게 하나요?
